Return & Refund Policy – Club Vanity
At Club Vanity, we are committed to delivering products you’ll love. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Club Vanity is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
Sale items (if marked as “final sale”)
Gift cards
Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
